While Lina is originally from Zefielia she spends most of her time traveling to different Kingdoms. She's always traveling to different towns and doesn't often stay in one place for too long. Though through the movies to the near end of NEXT she is restricted to only certain kingdoms within a border because there is a seal around the continent.

Before TRY Lina and the others were restricted to one part of the world because the part they were in was sealed. After Hellmaster Fibrizo was defeated in NEXT the curse was broken and they were able to travel to places outside the seal. Although in lands outside of theirs they discovered there are few sorcerers, the only places of power are those like Lina's that are within a seal. Sorcerers are a more common thing in a place under a seal.
